Dr. Barakat is an experienced dentist with advanced training in the treatment of concerns related to the fit and function of your bite using orthodontics. He is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and can help patients achieve a smile that is not just healthy, but beautiful through orthodontic treatment.
Dr. Barakat treats patients with a range of cosmetic and dental health concerns, including: malocclusion (overbite or underbite), crooked teeth, jaw malformations (often caused by TMJ related problems), and gaps.

Restorative Dentistry and TMD

Dr. Barakat has advanced training and experience in neuromuscular dentistry and provides diagnosis and treatment for TMJ related concerns. TMJ treatments can include TENS therapy (Transcutaneous Electrical Neural Stimulation), mouthguards, orthodontics, Invisalign, restorative dentistry treatments, and change in lifestyle habits.
